Women’s health forms a critical part of the healthcare services provided by Witkoppen Clinic. The services we offer are:

Antenatal clinic (ANC) for pregnant women
Postnatal clinic and FRESH Start programme for new moms and their babies
Family planning and well women clinic

Antenatal Clinic

Pregnant women receive care and education through our antenatal clinic. We advise all women who suspect they are pregnant to come to the clinic as soon as possible.

Postnatal Clinic

Our postnatal clinic (PNC) provides comprehensive care to women and their babies for the first 18 months after birth. This is done through our FRESH (future realised through education, support, and healthcare) Start programme which is funded by the Gift of Hope.

Family Planning & Well Women Clinic

Witkoppen’s family planning and well women clinic provides medical services specific to women. These are: breast examinations, pap smears and family planning services of their choice.
